(5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants)
Many reputed companies in this field had visited for the placements drive - Viral International, Jaypee Residency Hotel, Qatar Airways, Air Vistara, P and O Cruise (USA), Al Thiqarestaurant Co (Kuwait), Hyatt (USA), Wolf Great Resort (USA), Jubilant (Dominos), Sapphire Foods (KFC), The Grand (New Delhi), The Leela, Zuri Whitefield, Courtyard Marriot, ITC Hotels, Radisson Blu, The Oberoi Cecil etc. It is the best private university with world-class infrastructure, modern facilities, and highly qualified faculty in India. The university is having tie-ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher amenities to its students. Yes, Shivu, If you do a B.Sc. Or BHMCT programme, then it is a degree and it should of minimum 3 years. If you do any programme related to hotel management less than years such as Diploma or certification, then it is not considered a degree. I am an alumnus of LPU and completed my MBA programme there. One of my friend's brother is also studying there in Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology BHMCT )

Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. University-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gazettes. We have few training restaurants to teach a student about the authentic serving style of food and beverage. We are equipped with one front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and a simulation laboratory for aviation. Placement: 100% placements record with minimum 10% students selected as Management Trainee (Junior Executive level) till date and the placement is with brands like Cox & Kings, Carnival Cruise, JET Airways, Oberoi, Taj, Leela, etc. Package: Six students were offered the package of Rs 8 Lacs by Carnival Cruise in last years.
