Is HR management a difficult subject for a normal standard and poor standard grade student?
i am keen to study an MBA HR management. My question is
1.will i be successful if i study as correspondence?
2.Is there growth in this field and what is the growth rate?

NO unless u go through anything at least thrice u wont understand anything be it a below par or above par candidate as FAR as HR MGM is concerened dont think it as a burden go for it ELse it will overburden u......good luck

No, its not so much hard dont worry because i am have specialisation in hr and have no problem and second thing i would like to suggest you that you should choose regular mode of study if possible insteed of distance.

Generally the correspondence courses are for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience say around 5-7 years, so if a fresher is planning advisable would be that he/she should opt for a full time MBA programme.
