Is HR Management course supportive to medium standard and low standard grade student?
I am keen to study an MBA on Hr Management. My question is
1. Will i be successful if i study as a correspondence?
2. Is there growth in the said course and what would be the approximate growth rate?
3. What is the maximum growth position of an HR in the office?

Generally the correspondence courses are for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience say around 5-7 years, so if a fresher is planning advisable would be that he/she should opt for a full time MBA programme.

Yes, average students also perform well in hr and hr is not reserve for best just the important thing is that you must have interest in interecting and managing peoples.
