Is HR Management course supportive to medium standard and low standard grade student?

I am keen to study an MBA on Hr Management. My question is 1. Will i be successful if i study as a correspondence? 2. Is there growth in the said course and what would be the approximate growth rate? 3. What is the maximum growth position of an HR in the office?
