Yes, HSTES (Haryana State Technical Education Society) is required for admission to PIET (Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology) for 75 percent of the sanctioned intake. Admissions for these seats are done through counselling conducted by HSTES, following the reservation policy notified by the State Government of Haryana.
