is human resource have less jobs compare to marketing?

Every company, Every organization, Every office requires HR (say Administration department, training department, ...) Who syas HR has lesser scope / jobs ? It has good scope. And in coming years (of double dip economic slowdown), responsibilities and scope of HR will increase.

It depends on candidates there is enough scope in both fields

Ya Vikas is right as marketing is a very big and diversified field it naturally needs more staff than HR.

No both have equal opportunities for bright candidates

Naturally Marketing require a Team with so many members But HR will be less in number in any organization
