Is I'm able to do B.Tech (CSE) from Germany after completing 3 Year Diploma (CSE) in India?
I want to do my B.Tech (CSE) from Germany and currently I am studying Diploma programme (Last Year) in India, So it is possible to do B.Tech from Germany after completing 3 year Diploma programme (CSE) in India. ?

Yes, you are eligible but you have to go through a process which is required to get admission in Germany.
