Is IBS Gurgaon good for PGDM? Do they give a PGDM certificate or a degree?

     Yes, IBS Gurgaon is a good institute for PGDM. Don't get confused. Both the PGDM certificate and degree are the same. The same thing also happens in engineering also, where some colleges give BE degree while others give B Tech degree. Both are the same. Best of luck.
