Is IBS, Mumbai a better choice than Welingkar, Somaiya and ITM to pursue 2 years full time MBA?

How is IBS Mumbai for doing 2 year full time MBA ? is it better than welingkar , Somaiyya , ITM ? pls guide, they dont have MU PGDM cert.

    IBS Mumbai is an average college around 90% students get placed every year but they don't have aicte approval. Welingkar KJ & ITM are much better college than IBS Mumbai.
