Yes ibs mumbai is ICFAI business school.
It is not affiliated to any university that is the diference btw ibs hyderabad and ibs mumbai becouse ibs hyderabad is AICTE affiated and give mba degree while mumbai only gives pgpm.

Ibs Mumbai is part of Ibs but its a private colg.
Autonomous institute means its a private one and also have a degree wala facility.
