No it will not be a prob. Untill u want to join govt. Sector or go abroad or do phd becouse in both of cases aicte approved is required otherwise there is no problem Becouse there are various mnc's which come for campus placement.
U also have option of taking mba degree(aicte approved) along wid pgp
