Hi, Yes both are same but it is not AICTE approved. The Institute of Computer Accountants (ICA) is known as India's No.1 institute in Accounts and Banking (Finance and Taxation). Established in 1999 with the aim to impart quality and value based knowledge and training to students in the domain of
