Is ICFAI, Hyderabad the topmost college to pursue B.Tech?

ICFAI Hyderabad is good for B Tech. It is definitely not in India's best engineering college list yet.

IIT and NIT are the best options for doing engineering. BITS Pilani, BIT Misra, VIT, SRM, Manipal Institute of Technology, Tapar, Amity etc are also good options beside IIT & NITs. Some state engineering and private colleges are also good options.
