    Yes, ICFAI University is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2 (f) of the UGC Act, 1956. It is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). The degrees awarded by the university are valid and recognised in India.
