Hi ashish, http://www.aicte-india.org/downloads/MGMT/Maharashtra_MGMT.pdf check this link as IEIBS is situated in mumbai , as on AICTE link you can't find this institute , so it is proved that , IEIBS is not approved by AICTE. All the best :)
