Hi Jeetendra, yes it is indeed compulsory for students willing to study abroad to appear for IELTS or TOEFL.
If not these then you will have to learn the language spoken in the destination country as a substitute.
If you do not wish to appear for IELTS or TOEFL try in Singapore where the requirem
