Is IELTS exam mandatory to get into any international university or college?

Hi, either IELTS or the TOEFL is mandatory. However many universities do waive it off depending on their admission policy and the student profile. One can also opt for pathway programs in English in lieu of the IELTS or TOEFL however this has to be first checked with the concerned college or univers
