English Proficiency Requirements
Except those from exempted countries, international students are required to supply proof of English proficiency. This is a mandatory requirement. The following are accepted:
TOEFL 550 (paper-based test)
80 (Internet-based test)
MELAB 80
CAEL 60

A score of 6.5 in IELTS is required for undergraduate studies and 7.0 for graduate studies.
