Is IELTS must to study in Canada? What is the minimum band required for the same?

My brother in law, who is PR of Manitoba in Canada, want to send me sponsorship for that place. I'm from Ludhiana and scored 64% in B.Com.

Yes, IELTS is a must to go to Canada. Overall, of 6.0 for under graduation and 6.5 for post-graduation is required.
