Is IETE course from AMIETE approved & can I safely enroll in it inspite of legal case running in Delhi High Court?

& which are the 25 institutes that are derecognized by MHRD in 2012?Can anyone plz provide me a list?I'm also surprised how Sikkim Manipal can run distance MCA held at par with BE &valued as a technical course.If IETE(much better than SMU)is banned,then so should be SMU & such other distance univs.
