Is IGNOU a good university to pursue B.Tech through correspondence? Is it affiliated to UGC?

Yes, IGNOU is a decent university, not very good though. If you are opting for B.tech correspondence, then make sure you work simultaneously as only B.Tech correspondence with no work experience will not be of any use.
