Is IGNOU's B.COM degree which is of 3 years, is it equivalent to US undergraduate degree ?

I just wanted to know whether IGNOU'S 3 year undergraduate programme is equivalent to US undergraduate degree or is it equivalent to degrees from international universities offering 3 year baccalaureate degree, which is very important to apply for foreign countries especially in US universities !
