Is IGNOU's Bachelors in Information Technology (BIT ) considered a Full time Degree Programe?

Dear Amit, IGNOU is national open university which is not conducting any classes, and hence you can understand that Bachelors in IT from IGNOU will not considered as a full time degree program.
