is ignou-viep new b tech (full time) program recognized by ugc and aicte .and is it really regular or its fack?

vineet it is a full time program recognized by UGC.& as for recognition of AICTE is not required for a university by the judgement of supremecourt "The power to grant approval for starting new technical institutions and for introduction of new courses or programmes in consultation with the agencies

I just had a discussion with IGNOU SOET regarding the VIEP BTech at the phone numbers: 01129534353 and 01132085174. They clearly said that all the Btech courses did not have AICTE approval. They are still yet to decide whether to continue this course for the academic year 2012-2013 at all of its

In India, a student who passes the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as subjects of study in the +2 level can gain admission to full time engineering degree program. Lateral entry directly to the 2nd year of the engineering program, up to the extent of 10% of the available seats
