Is IGTAMSU best in Arunachal Pradesh?

<p>Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University (IGTAMSU) is ranked as the 9th university in Arunachal Pradesh. It offers a variety of courses and focuses on medical and technological education although it is a reputed university it is not considered the top university in the state.
