Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Nutrition (AIHM) is a government institute associated to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT). The Government of India's Ministry of Tourism established it in 1990. It offers the Diploma in Food Production and the B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration courses.
