Is IIBM a good option to pursue distance MBA? What other college options do I have?

Currently, I'm working in the HR department and I have a work experience of 3 years. I am 21 years old and I got an ER in computer exam in B.Com final year. My overall percentage is 53.4 (SOL, DU).
