is IICT is a Open college for any body!!!!! like a open university! It is conducting a masters diploma in management or offering a master degree in mangement???

Mgmt. from open universities ? just wastage of time and money. Try for a full time.

I see that they offer only Diploma Courses like Master Diploma or PG Diploma or Simple Short term Diploma programs. These are not same as MBA (at least recognition is not same). Please check all details carefully. I always advice UGC recognized courses. So please check recognition too.
