Is IIIT, Sonipat a good college for B.Tech CSE? I have got 39679 rank in JEE.

Yes, it is and the most important thing is that in the CS branch, more than the placements of the college skills matter the most and nothing other than that. But IIIT Sonepat is good for CS branch and you can easily grab that college at this rank.
