Is IILM engineering college better than LPU for B.Tech CS?

Dear Shalini, I have not any idea about the B.Tech in CSE programme at IILM Engineering College but being alumni of LPU, I am providing details of this programme at LPU. I have also done my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are a few points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Students will develop competence in areas like programming, Database Management Systems, Networks and Security, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing etc. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware. Shalini, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world-class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. The university has made a mark in field of education which has made it the favorite hub of most companies. LPU has good placements and provides ample opportunities to eligible candidates for placements. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students.

Yes iims are far better than lpu as if you cant be able to get the admission at iims then prefer for lpu.
