    IIM Ahmedabad is the top ranking B school in India, it is also provide good placement with good studies, so don't think a lot just take admission, if you are want to do MBA.

    Its the topmost B-School of the country and in top 30 worldwide.

    IIM A is among the best in India, although if you have your eyes set on an US B School, then it might not be able to compete. But, in general it is the best you can get in India.
    IIM A,B and C all three rank on par, with some minor differences among each.

For admission to MBA (or PGP) at IIM Ahmedabad, the CAT test is usually conducted in November. Aspirants of IIM Ahmedabad are required to appear for the exam in Computer Based Testing mode at the allotted test centres. CAT exam is held in three slots:

  • Morning slot: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
  • Afternoon slot: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
  • Evening slot: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

To apply for the CAT exam, candidates are required to create an account, fill the CAT registration form and pay the exam application fee. The CAT form have to be submitted by a certain deadline after which no application will be accepted.  The exam is usually conducted in November.
