Well, there are no specializations like Finance or HR or IB in IIMs, but students are free to choose electives in second year which cover almost all domains be it international business.

If you want a best institute for International mgt than I will suggest you to apply for IIFT, delhi entrance exam and registrations are still open. IIFT in India is a biggest name for foreign trade or international business.
