IIM Jammu has gaines recognition in the management education landscape in such a shorter spam. Many faculty members have experience from top institutions. The institute has been successfully placing students in reputable companies. It has a good track record of placements. Students at IIM Jammu interact with peers from various backgrounds.

    From very beginning, IIM Jammu has set high standards for outstanding value based quality education, high quality research, executive education, consultancy and strong corporate as well as international linkages. IIM Jammu encourages contemporary research concentrating on regional, national and global issues.IIM Jammu has continued to maintain its high standards and achieved remarkable success in the placement season. The class of 239 students witnessed an overwhelming response from the industry, with over 124 companies participating in the campus recruitment process. A total of 257 offers were made to the students .
