IIMS Pune is a private college. Here's why:

Private college indicators: Established under a private entity (Sai Balaji Education Society) and mentioning tuition fees are indicators of a private college.

While government colleges might have lower fees due to government support, private colleges can offer more flexibility in curriculum design and may have a stronger focus on industry requirements.

Established in 2006, IIMS Pune is a private college which is accredited by NAAC and approved by AICTE, the Ministry of HRD, and the Government of India. Being a private college, the fee can be a little high but worry not the college also provides scholarships to students. In addition to the scholarships, the institute is known to offer good facilities and great environment for studying.
