    Yes IITs are better in terms of placement except new IITs.Top NITs are somehow better than the new IITs in placement records.I have seen students rejecting a seat in new IIT for Top NIT.

    yes IIT is better than REC and NIT .but it is always not true. many nit is better then IIT. so its depend on u that what u think.

    Yes legacy IITs are better than NITs in term of quality of education and placement.
