    Hi,
Every institute has their own values, so we cannot judge any institute especially for MBA programme. Now, coming to the question, if you are a serious student, then answer is simple No. But, if you are an average student who doesn't want much from their MBA degree, then IIT Bombay is extremely good institute. Thanks.
