Is IIT (ISM) more suitable for MBA as compared to BHU and NITs for career growth and overall development?

    Yes, definitely. IITs are better than BHU and NITs without any doubt specially if you are doing MBA from IIT-Mumbai, Delhi and Madras. These are better in studies, learning, placement and all the other activities.
