    IIT Tirupati is a goverment institute which was establsihed under the Ministry of Education, Government of India in 2015 as an autonomous institute. The institute is declared an Institute of National Importance under the Act of Parliament of India. Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati, through nine departments, offers UG, PG, and PhD courses to students across Physics, Chemistry, and various other streams.
