Is improvement result of final year graduation given equal importance ?

I have graduated this year from mumbai university(B.A. in economics) but my overall percentage is not that good so m planning to appear for improvement exam in October this year.I want to know whether the improvement result is given equal importance or not.will it affect my CV in future for jobs?

Yes you must have to do improvement , if your percentage is not good then it create problem in get good job and also company have some selection criteria for selection , they check out all record 10th onword
