    No, IMS Noida is nowhere close to GGSIPU for courses like BBA and BCA. If you're eligible for admission into IPU then you should definitely take admission into IP. IMS Noida should be your last option for getting admission. IMS is not that bad but it's better to always go for top level colleges and universities.

    No, as Guru Gobind Singh has higher academic records and it's a government university so the preference of degree is also more and if you want to have a good future impact, you can join Guru Gobind Singh University.
