    Yes, the income certificate of the candidate is mandatory for ECET counselling: 
     
    • The income certificate must be issued on or after January 1, 2021.
    • It must be from all sources.
    • If the candidate is claiming tuition fee reimbursement, they can also submit a white rice card with their name and father's name on it.
