    Indian premier engineering colleges such as IITs, NITs and BITS are definitely very good for computer education with better ROI in comparison to engineering in Canada.

    Answering this considering you are an Indian. So, if you have loads of money, then India because to have a decent lifestyle in India you need to earn really good money. Whereas in Canada or any developed country, even with mid income you can have a good life because the basics are pretty good. Loads of money would mean you make at least $100,000 annually in India whereas in Canada you can a much better quality of life in even $50,000. Basics would include schools, health, quality and purity of food, people attitude, safety, no corruption, no power cuts, no rude people.
