Is Indian Board of Alternative Medicines (IBAM) approved by UGC?

The initial secondary sources said "Indian Board of Alternative Medicines, duly Registered by the Government of West Bengal under Act XXVI based on the Central Government Act XXI of 1860."
So, there exist no reason of it to be UGC approved. But in reality it was a scandal. All the certificates issued is invalid and usage is illegal. UGC declares it as unrecognised.
