No. it is registered with office of sub-registrar, government of india as per www.euttaranchal.com. as per college website, qualifications are awarded by uk gov governing body. you should get a full knowledge about the reputation of college before taking admission. best of luck. thank you.

Any college in India apart from IIT and IIST providing aeronautical engineering is a private college. I can vouch for that.
