Hi,
It doesn't look like a valid one. It is not approved with UGC not even NAAC accredited.

AMIE provided by http://www.ieindia.org/ is accepted,unfortunately AMIIE provided by Indian Institution of Engineers,New delhi is not approved in EU.So my recommendation is not to take admission in IIE,delhi
