Actually nothing can guarantee you job in either private or government sector. It's all your hardwork that will leads you to a good jobs. If you do your course with hardwork and sincerity, then you could be selected by big industry and company but for government sector you need to give some sorts of exam or interview and have to apply for them when vacancies come.
