    Intermediate Council of Secondary Education is an autonomous independent and Non–Governmental organisation (NGO) for the conduct of Courses and Secondary and Senior Secondary School Examination, providing an alternative to choose from either Government aided Boards/Councils or a Non-Government independent Autonomous body.
