No, IP college for women is not expansive than the Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi. This can be clearly seen by the fees structures of both the colleges . 

The fee structure of Daulat Ram College Delhi is given as :-

According to shiksha.com, the average annual fee at Indraprastha College for Women (IPCW) is INR 27,825. Daulat Ram College (DRC) has a total fee of INR 34,858 for the year.
