Is IPEC a good college for doing B.Tech in civil engineering? If not, then which college is best near Delhi-NCR?

Yes, IPEC is good for Civil engineering. It gives you many more opportunities after your B.Tech, you may get placed from there in good company. Moreover, you learn few more things over there but if you are looking for much more things in your college, then you may go for other colleges like ABSIT, ITS, etc. If we talk about academics and architecture and facility, IPEC is good college but not best in other preferences.
