Is IPS Business School, Jaipur a good college for MBA?

YES. The college is absolutely worth the money putting for. The ROI is much more than the money invested, and once you enroll here you will get to know why. Teachers are very well qualified, most of them are Ph.D. holders and people having industrial knowledge which enhances the quality of teaching there. Also guest appearances are a day-to-day part of the MBA life @ IPS. In this college learning process is designed in such a way that you will definitely be industry ready at the end of 2 years. You can talk to many people who have actually passed out from this college or even studying currently and you will get to hear only the positive aspects. So I am in favor of this college in Jaipur.

Hello Akshat! IPS Jaipur isn't a too reputed college for pursuing MBA as it doesn't feature even under the top 30-40 colleges in India. You can keep it as a backup in case you do not get any other better option.

Hi Akshat, IPS Business School, Jaipur is a decent college to pursue MBA. It provides great industry exposure and on-job training. IPS Business School, Jaipur conducts seminars and industrial tours on a regular basis to keep students up-to-date with the current industry trends. The faculty members are very knowledgeable. It is a great place for a student to develop his/her skill set.

Dear Akshat Answering to your question needs me to don an analytical cap. The reason is I would like to advise you based on my 20 plus years of experience in HR - especially in the L&D domain which also always seemed to involve Campus Recruitment and my passion in educating young MBA aspirants to stay au-currant and innovate. Selecting an institute just on the basis of the 'so-called' ranking may not be the best strategy as put forward by my erudite fellow commenter Mr. Abhishek Desai. The reason is simple - Rankings are subject to various 'marketing forces' which is rampant in the market. Moreover, when I talk of rankings that matter - I would limit myself to the Top-50. That's all - after that its a 'free-for-all' or a 'royal rumble' match which we witness in the heavily orchestrated WWE environment. For example if we take Welingkars for instance, it stands 59th according to NIRF rankings (issue by HRD Ministry GoI) but you will find other sources ranking the same college at 5th, some others rank it at 26th and the story continues. So I guess you must have realized that Rankings are not the absolute measures of any institution. Secondly, as a Recruiter I have come across candidates who belong to the so-called 'Ivy League' have invested 17-20 lacs on their MBA and clamoring for campus placements with an Annual Offer of 5-6 lacs. I fail to understand the logic. If all of us were Sundar Pichais or Harsha Bhogles we all would have been accommodated in the first 50, but that's not the reality. Correct? So choose an Institution based on the tools and skills that it is providing to equip you with the unpredictable and innovative-solution driven pandemic era. Its pedagogy, its corporate linkages and its faculty strength - mix of academics and industry. Based on the experience of my association with IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL, I can guarantee one thing - Its ONE REAL ETHICAL INSTITUTION. No false propaganda, No 'ornamented' packaging, No hype and exhibitionism. This college just concentrates on delivering its best for the students - whole-heartedly and yes the RoI - you know what you invest and what you REAP is just unmatchable. Most of the students actually earn the amount they had invested before they even complete their MBA - the magic of IPS pedagogy. So before making your mind. Talk to the counselors - challenge them with questions and queries and you will experience their honesty - its an Institution with 'A SOUL'. Period.

Hey Akshat, Hinduja Leyland offered a package of 7 lacks this year during campus placement. One of the alumini is settled in Airtel. IPS has brought a completely different concept of learning in terms of studies as well as the prolonged tactics to rule business through OJT (On Job Training). It has an eminent faculty with highly qualified skills and managerial attributes. Each student is being dully taken care under the guidance of the class mentor. IPS also provides free SAP training.

Hi Akshat, As far as the reputation of it is concerned it is reasonably good in the northern part of India. But then you can utilise the reputation of an institute only by studying hard for your subject.

I give this college A+ rating for Business Management course. Their model is really unique where students have been exposed to industry from the very first semester. I found students at IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL clubbed with academic excellence and industry orientation both.
