Chandigarh University is better in placements, as per the last year record 457+ companies had visited the campus with more than 5000 students getting placed with the highest package of INR 31.77 lacs pa.

No, surely because of the placement records as far as now Chandigarh University stands the best University in North India for placements. -
I think LPU is better than CU in all respect.
If you clear your graduation with no reappears and backlogs then you will be placed for sure. Companies like TCS, CTS, Infosys and many more visit our college and recruit a very large number of students and there is a record of recruiting 600 students in 1 day by Cognizant. If you want to get placed in service oriented jobs then LPU is the best college and for mechanical and civil departments, major companies like L&T, Bosch are offering a very good salary packages to the students who are capable.
